Louisiana Workers Compensation Insurance Rates Continue to Fall

The National Council on Compensation Insurance released a report earlier this year indicating that that total claims costs for Louisiana Workers Compensation benefits is expected to fall more than seventeen percent this year. In a recent article, The Baton Rouge Advocate noted that the premium cost that business pay for Louisiana Workers Compensation insurance coverage has fallen forty-four percent since 1995.
